Although secularists will not admit it, convergent evolution is essentially a secular miracle. It is claimed that various critters have similar traits (such as bats and dolphins both using echolocation) that evolved independently. There is no evidence for such traits evolving even once, but the claim is made for multiple creatures. Though convergent evolution is a myth, it is an icon of particles-to-professor evolution. When out at night, I like to gaze in awe at the moon. Sometimes I get a pleasant surprise and see it in the morning while on the way to work.
